- Our most favourably priced room category was named after our families own organic farm which is still operating today. The rooms are approx 24 m² in size and offer enough room for up to 3 people. Some of these rooms have parquet flooring and are therefore ideal for allergy sufferers. These family rooms are accessible by lift and have either a balcony or a large terrace accessed by a staircase.

- Named after the hotel and farms own mountain pasture these 2-roomed apartments (approx. 45 m²) can be found under the eaves. They are reached by lift and staircase. Bathrooms, separate WC and bedrooms have sloping ceilings giving the rooms a homely, warm feeling. In the second room there is a pull-out sofa for 2 people. From the two balconies (east and west) you either have a fantastic view over the roofs of the town or the mountains.

- The highlight in each of these approx. 50 m² large 2-roomed apartments is undoubtedly the fact that they have 2 bathrooms offering families with older children the required privacy. The master bedroom is furnished in light, solid wooden furniture, has a lounge corner and a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with bunk-beds. Once again these apartments can be reached by lift.

- About 55m² in size, these apartments offer larger families plenty of room to move! They have a master bedroom, a children’s bedroom, some of which have bunk-beds and enough room for an extra bed, and an additional spacious living room. The 3-roomed apartments are rounded off with a bathroom with separate WC, balcony or terrace. These rooms are accessed by lift and one of the apartments has parquet flooring making it ideal for allergy sufferers.

- Here, holiday pleasure of the highest quality is guaranteed: firstly because of the apartment’s location at the top of the hotel with fantastic views and secondly due to its size! With 75 m² this is our largest apartment and sleeps up to 8 people. 2 children’s rooms (with bunk-beds), a main bedroom for the parents, a large living room, bathroom and separate WC provide the perfect setting for a fantastic and relaxing family holiday. The apartment is reached by taking the lift and then a flight of stairs. The balcony is south-facing with an impressive view of the local “Pihapper” mountain peak.

The Small Print
| Price basis | Prices quoted are per person and per night, including all taxes. Children’s rates are valid when at least 2 full-paying persons share the apartment or room. If there is only one full-paying person in the room then the child receives a 20% discount. Any further children then receive the normal child reductions. In the room categories Felbermeilinger und Felben the normal child reductions apply, even if only one full-payer is sharing the room. These conditions do not apply for the period: 18th to 25th February 2012 (Carnival Week) and New Year's Eve. |
| Minimum Stay | For reservations over the New Year period a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, at any other time one night stays are possible. |
| Not Included Services | Cancellation insurance, swimming course, riding course, magic course, alcoholic drinks and drinks served by our staff, massages, spa treatments, cosmetic treatments, solarium, stamps, telephone charges, laundry service. |
| Deposit | A third of the total holiday costs should be paid within 14 days after confirming your booking. |
| Arrival | You can move into your room any time after 2 p.m. You are welcome to arrive earlier, but your room may not be ready, you can of course use all other hotel facilities as soon as you arrive. In the Carnival Week 2012 only arrivals for 18th February are possible. |
| Departure | You must vacate your room by 10 am. You are welcome to leave later and use all other hotel facilities but your room must be vacated. |
| Payment | Cash, EC-card, MasterCard or bank transfer to our account. |
| Cancellation Insurance | Cancellation insurance is added to every booking unless it is expressly rejected. The costs of the insurance are 5% of the total holiday price. Further information can be found in the cancellation section. |
| Cancellation | For no-shows, late arrivals or premature departures a cancellation charge of up to 90% of the board and lodging costs will be charged. If you have taken out our cancellation insurance, all cancellation charges are covered by the insurance as long as you have a valid reason.
