Here we have listed important information and frequently asked questions (FAQ) about key topics related to your stay at Hotel Felben – from check-in details to parking and cancellation policies.

How are the prices determined?

The prices are per person per day, including taxes and fees. The child prices in the family suites are based on two full-paying adults. In family rooms, the normal child prices apply, even with just one full-paying adult. Exceptions are the Carnival/Fasching week and the New Year's period.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Generally, there is no minimum stay requirement, except for reservations over New Year's, which require a stay of seven nights.

What services are not included?

The following services are not included in your vacation:

  • Cancellation insurance
  • Swimming lessons, riding lessons, ski lessons, magic courses
  • E-bike excursions, toboggan rides, and T-shirt painting
  • Alcoholic beverages and all drinks served
  • Massages, wellness treatments, cosmetic treatments
  • Solarium
  • E-bikes
  • Telephone
  • Laundry service

When and how much do I need to pay as a deposit?

The deposit is one-third of the total price and must be paid within 14 days after receiving the reservation confirmation.

When can I check in on the day of arrival?

Rooms are available from 3 PM. All-inclusive services are included from 1:30 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-ins and use of hotel facilities and all-inclusive services (meals, non-alcoholic drinks, child care, swimming pool, etc.) are available for an additional fee:

  • Additional charge from breakfast: Adult: €30 | Child: €20
  • Additional charge from lunch: Adult: €15 | Child: €10

Until what time must I check out on the day of departure?

Rooms must be vacated by 10 AM on the day of departure. All-inclusive services are included until 1:30 PM. Late check-outs and use of hotel facilities and all-inclusive services (meals, non-alcoholic drinks, child care, swimming pool, etc.) are available for an additional fee:

  • Additional charge until 5:30 PM: Adult: €15 | Child: €10
  • Additional charge with dinner: Adult: €60 | Child: €30

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: cash, EC card, Visa, Mastercard, or prepayment to our account:

Is there a cancellation protection?

Travel cancellation insurance (European Travel Insurance) can be purchased when making a reservation. The cost of cancellation protection depends on the price of the trip. For more information, see the Cancellation Conditions page (link: https://felben.at/en/service/cancellation-fees).

What are the cancellation conditions?

In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, up to 90% of the accommodation price will be charged as a cancellation fee. If cancellation insurance is purchased, all cancellation fees will be covered by the insurance (subject to valid cancellation reasons as per the insurance). Is there a parking space or charging station?

Each family has a parking space available in the carports. There are also four charging stations. Currently, we charge €0.53 (including VAT) per kilowatt-hour. This price can only be guaranteed when billed through Salzburg AG. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

Are pets allowed?

For the consideration of other guests, pets are not allowed.
