Guided by our philosophy of variety, we provide age-appropriate activities for both younger and older kids, along with caring and professional baby care. Our dedicated childcare team combines warmth, humour, and expertise to create a safe and happy environment. A daily highlight: our charming mascots, Klara Kleeblatt the cow and the Kids’ Hotel Smiley, who delight children with fun visits and unforgettable moments. Care for babies aged 3 weeks to 23 months:
- Care Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM
- Dedicated Care Room for children up to 23 months, equipped with a ball pit, slide, baby mat, rocking chair, play arch, books, toys, a nursing corner, storage boxes for personal items, changing facilities, and a kitchenette with microwave and bottle warmer.
- Adjacent Sleep Room for restful naptime
- HIPP Baby Menu with jars, purees, and teas
- Many Activities on the farm and outdoors
- Playground with balance bikes, ride-on cars, pull wagons, mini climbing tower, sandbox, etc.
For new earthlings:
Every day at our family-friendly hotel in Salzburger Land brings new opportunities to experience nature. One of the highlights is our petting zoo, where children can meet, touch, and fall in love with a variety of animals. For our youngest guests, we’ve created a very special place: the Babyalm. Here, qualified and caring staff look after babies from three weeks up to 23 months in a safe and nurturing environment. Great care has been taken to use only non-toxic, child-friendly materials throughout. A colourful ball pit and a wide selection of toys invite little ones to play and explore, while cosy crib beds in the quiet adjoining sleep area ensure peaceful naps whenever they’re needed.
Program for children aged 2 to 6 years:
- Care Hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Diverse Program Includes: Nature outings, creative craft sessions, raft rides, tractor tours, pump track courses, beginner ski lessons, horse-drawn sleigh rides, tobogganing Olympics, torchlight hikes, and more.
- Three Playrooms specifically designed for this age group
- Playground with age-appropriate play equipment and vehicles
For little ones and toddlers:
- Animals and nature are the main focus for our care for 2- to 6-year-olds, as the farm and playground are especially fascinating to them.
- The range of activities includes riding lessons, carriage rides, and pony trips with a campfire. The kids also learn how hay was made in the old days or go on a search for animal tracks.
- In winter, the tobogganing Olympics are a highlight and the children are well-prepared for the slopes with ski lessons.
- Indoors, the various playrooms like the Farmhouse, Niederalm and Gaudialm offer additional highlights such as a doll kitchen, climbing wall, giant indoor soft play area, bounce house and Playmobil mini village.
Activities for ages 7 and up:
- Care Hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM
- Special Activities Include: Nature excursions, night tobogganing with floodlights, night hikes, raft rides, pony trips with sausage grilling, campfires, tractor driving training, golf taster sessions, dam building in the stream, air rifle and archery, creative baking, magic courses, crafting with hay and soapstone, T-shirt painting, pool parties, driving electric golf carts, mixing non-alcoholic cocktails and more.
