We offer you

  • Year-round position. We are open for approximately 320 days a year. In spring, either before or after Easter, we close for about 20 days. In the fall, the hotel is also closed for about 20 days, typically starting one week after All Saints' week. During this time, any overtime and unused vacation days are compensated.
  • 5 or 6-day work week
  • Free non-alcoholic beverages and meals during work hours as well as during free time. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner. Pork-free meals are available if needed.
  • Further training is covered by us. The training or courses must be related to the profession or the business. If you leave the company early, a portion of the course costs will be charged to the employee (the amount varies depending on course costs).

We expect from you

  • Willingness to work in the evenings and on weekends
  • Polite interaction with both adults and children
  • Good German skills. The language should be well spoken and understood. Accents do not matter.
  • English. You should be able to communicate with guests about orders or requests.
  • Understanding of children. Since we are a children’s hotel (with up to 70 children in the hotel), surprises should always be expected.
  • Completed apprenticeship and/or willingness to continue education. We cover the costs for further training if it is beneficial for your job. Training and courses must be related to the profession or the business. If you leave the company early, a portion of the course costs will be charged to the employee (the amount varies depending on course costs).
